Users have an additional flexibility to import data from an XML without having to key in all information manually. This will ease user input of heavy and voluminous data entry within the AppBuilder form. Import form XML icon is available while creating ORI message and not available in Edit ORI, RES or FWD message creation.
Steps to use this functionality are:
 Select “Forms – Manage Workspace settings” option in Admin menu.
 
   Select “Forms – Manage Workspace settings” option in Admin menu.
 Select “Enable 
 XML / XLS file Import, Email-In” option and mark it as YES.
 
   Select “Enable 
 XML / XLS file Import, Email-In” option and mark it as YES.

 Click on  Submit 
  to save the settings. Enabling 
 this  form setting, user will let the user  import data from 
 XML files
 
  Click on  Submit

 Click on import XML file icon
 
   Click on import XML file icon 
       Click on Browse” button to select the XML 
 file that has the information already inputted

 Once the XML file is selected, “Import” 
 button will be displayed

 to populate information as specified in the XML

Exceptions:
The import may result in a system message which could possibly be due to the following reasons:
There is no XSLT file associated with this Form Type. Contact your Workspace Administrator to resolve the issue.
The XSLT is invalid. Contact your Workspace Administrator to resolve the issue.
The selected XML file is invalid. Update the XML file and try to import it again.
