Users now have the additional flexibility to email in an XML file to automatically create a new form message within the Workspace.
Form Settings:
The Administrator will need to specify within the Form Settings if the Form Type will support Email In XML, the relevant XSLT file will need to be uploaded to the Form Type.
Steps to use this functionality are:
Select “Forms – Manage Workspace settings” option in Admin menu.
Select “Enable XML / XLS file Import, Email-In” option and mark it as YES.
Click on Submit to save the new settings.
This functionality is supported by creating a new Form Mailbox.
Form Mailbox:
A new Tab “Form Mailbox” is now available in the ADMIN – “Manage Workspace Mailbox” option
To create a new mailbox, click on the link of “Create new Mailbox”
Specify the details
Click on Save button to save the form mailbox.
To facilitate Email-in from External users.
Select the checkbox of “Allow External Users” and specify the User who will be the Form Originator

Note:
Only those form statuses which are assigned to the Form Type will be available for selection.
For forms which have setting of “Overall Form Status” set to NO, the Form Status field will be available but non-mandatory.
