Generate Form Register

A register displays a list of compiled information based on search criteria.  Details may include different Forms and/or more specific details.  The Forms Register can be generated using the Batch Processor.

 

1. Click on Forms and select type of form you require i.e. Request for Information

 

2. Enter appropriate search criteria and click on Search

 

             

2. Select items you require for the report by marking the Select check-box as ON

                

3. Click on the  icon to add items into basket

 

4. Click on the  icon to view contents of basket

 

5. Select Generate Form Register from the drop down menu

 

       

 

6. Confirm selected items by clicking on  Generate Form Register

 An report will be displayed with all relevant details - click on to export to PDF or XLS file types.
