Create Distribution Report

"Workflow Manager" users may view distribution reports for all files that have been uploaded into the folder structure for their Workspace.  For example, users may search for all document files names that have been distributed by a particular person.  The following steps describe this process:

 

 

1. Select the following drop down menu and click on Distribution Report

2. Use the search filter to find the required information.

3. Select for a more specific search

4. Click on the icon

 All search results will be selected unless you specify otherwise (by clicking on the box next to filename)

 

5. Select the options to export the report in excel or pdf as per the About Asite Reporting:

 

 

FAQ's

 

Q: I am not able to select Distribution Report at the Listing page in certain Workspaces

A: Distribution Report is restricted for the For users having “Can Access Audit Information” Workspace privilege
