Asite enables members of a Workspace team based in different locations to Access, Review and Distribute information electronically. Information may be in the form of MS documents such as Word & Excel or AutoCAD or Microstation drawings such as DWG & DGN files. Asite online templates are also used to distribute Request for Information items or similar.
Asite Reporting provides users the ability to extract information regarding online documents or forms relevant to a specific Workspace or organisation. This type of reporting becomes useful for tracking the exchange of information within a Workspace for analysis purposes.
Workspace Team members are provided ability to generate reports in two formats, namely, Acrobat PDF / MS Excel (see Report Formats).
Click on icon and Team members are provided option to enter a customised Report Title, include search options in the report and select format in which report is to be generated.
Click on the icon to render a report in Acrobat PDF format enabling user print the report as an output..
