Associate Forms

"Workflow Manager" Team members may associate additional forms while creating comments and forms from different resources when clearing their personal actions. For example, a user may associate an online form to their comment as it may be a valuable part of their comment.  This association may be an online form already submitted to Asite.  

The following lists the steps to associate forms from your Workspace: (only available when commenting and working with forms depending on Workspace set up).

Add Forms:

1. Click on Add Forms link to associate forms  

2. Use Search Filter to find selected form for association

 Also available when creating / replying to forms

3. Select items for association by clicking in box adjacent

4. Select Forms to associate

5. Click on Associate Selection & Find More Forms to continue further selection.

6. Click on Forms Selection Complete to complete the association

7. Associated Forms will be displayed in the main page as under:

Add Forms from Basket:

1. Click on Add Forms from Basket link to forms  from Form Basket of logged in User

2. Use Search Filter to find selected form for association

 Also available when creating / replying to forms

3. Select items for association by clicking in box adjacent

4. Select Forms which you want to associate.

5. Click on Associate Selection & Find More Forms to continue further selection.

6. Click on Associate Forms Complete to complete the association

7. Associated Forms will be displayed in the main page as under:
