1. To create a new parent folder, user clicks on 'All workspace Documents'.
2. User views the icon to create new folder (as displayed in below image) if user is a Workspace Administrator. User clicks on icon to create a new Parent folder.
2. To start with, enter the Folder Name in the field provided.
Set As Public: User sets this check box enable if user wants to set this folder as Public folders and circulate the link for non-Asite users to access and download the document revisions.
Publish Documents Revisions as Private : User sets this check box enable if user wants to mark 'Publish Document Revision as Private' check box enabled by default.
Is Editable? : User sets this check box enable if user wants to keep 'Publish Document Revision as Private' check box as editable.
3. Define folder permission at Default level, Role level and User level.
Default Permission: Default folder permission for all workspace members except Admin.
Role Permission : User defines the folder permission based on Workspace Role. It overrides the default level permission.
User Permission : User defines the folder permission based on Workspace Members. It overrides the Role level permission.
Based on Folder permission, Workspace Members get access to this folder.

Access - Selected user or role or organization won’t have any
access on the folder.
View
Only - Selected user or role or organization will only
be able to view files. User will not be able to download file irrespective
of their role privilege.
View & Download - Selected
user or role or organization will be able to view as well as download
files. File download will be subject to user's role privilege to download
file.
View
& Link - Selected user or role or organization will be able
to view as well as link files.
Publish
- Selected user or role or organization will be able to
upload files.
Publish
& Link - Selected
user or role or organization will be able to upload to as well as
link files.
Admin - Selected user or role or organization will be able to view, upload, link as well as edit the folder.
