Workspace Team - Workspace Administrators

1. Click on show link to open the Workspace Team - Workspace Administrators section.

 

 

 

Select a subscribed user - user marked with  "S" to assign role to that user.

Select a non subscribed user - user marked  with "N" or a use whose subscription has expired -a user marked with "S" to invite the user to subscribe and join the Asite Collaboration Workspace.

 

2. Enter required user and click on Search

 

(Note: In case of Enterprise and Personalised Workspace only one organisation i.e. owning organisation is assigned as default. Users from the same organisation can be assigned as Workspace Administrators in case of Enterprise workspace. Also only one user (user himself) is assigned as Workspace Administrator and disabled to modify in personalised workspace.)

 

3. Select user/s and click on Assign for user/s to become Workspace Administrator .

 

4. Once the data is save click on hide to hide the section.
