It is important to keep your personal profile on Asite up to date. Your details create a Team Directory for your Workspaces. Your details also set the e-mail address which acts as your Login userID and an address to which notifications of outstanding actions are sent.
To update your details:
1. Log in to Asite with user name and password
2. Click on My Account from Settings option on the My Home tab page
3. Update details as required
4. Click on Change and upload your photo which will be visible in Team Directory Contact details.
5. Tick "Show my contact details to community user" to make your contact details available to other community users of Asite.
6. Select User Search visibility option as required
7. Select the Language in which you want to use Asite
8. Select Time zone as required.
Time-zones will be used to calculate due dates for actions within Asite with the action being due at the end of the day in the assigners time-zone.
When assigning actions, an icon would be shown to denote users within a different time-zone.
9. Select duration in minutes from the dropdown to set Session Time out duration.
10. Click on Save button
Details will be amended and available for all team members to view
