at the top of the screen"Workflow Manager" provides team members the ability to define Paper Users within the application. An organisation that uses Workspace Workflow may also have paper users alongwith Online Users. Users are tagged as Online or Paper Users at the Workspace level.
Paper users will have the same characteristics and behavior as Online Workflow users In addition, paper users can be assigned both paper and actual file documents. Paper users can assign action to both Paper and Online Workflow users.
Paper users are like Online Workflow Users except that they are tagged as Paper Users indicated as [P]. Paper Users can be tagged as Online Users or existing online users may be tagged as Paper Users within the Project lifecycle. A Paper Users can have multiple Proxy Users.
Steps to assign a Paper User to the Workspace are:
1. Click on the menu
at the top of the screen
2. Select Manager User Role Memberships"
3. Search for the User’s Name and Click on "Change User Details Button"
5. Assign User as Paper User.
6. Click on Submit to confirm
Roles will be allocated to the Workspace
as per request - Individuals may now be assigned these roles
Roles History will capture the Type of User defined
for specified period of time.

Q: I want to assign User A as Paper User today and convert User A as Online User after 10 days.
A: User A can be assigned as Paper User / Online User for specific dates. The Audit History at Documents / Forms module will track if specific action was performed as Paper User or Online user a that specific point of time.
