Consolidate Markups

Users can now consolidate multiple markups into a new merged markup.  These can then be edited / amended as required to give a final “Consolidated” markup at the end of a review.

If the workspace is configured to use Universal Web Viewer, the file will open in Universal Web Viewer - Adoddle View as a separate popup. Click here for detailed help.

1. Click   Create Markup icon and select Open.. or Open for Review....

2. Select the markup files you wish to consolidate. Open at least two markups

3. Click and select Consolidate Markups

4. Save the current consolidated markup.

This transfers all open markup entities into one new consolidated markup file.

The markup entities in markup files opened for review are moved into the markup currently opened for edit.   If no markup is opened for edit, a new editable markup is created and all entities are transferred there.

All markup files that were opened for review are closed after the command is executed. The entities in the  consolidated file retain their original author information and ownership does not change by default.
