Complete Form Action - For Information

Users having incomplete For Information action on forms can complete it by viewing the Form Contents.

Steps to complete For Information action is as under:

Click on Form ID to view form contents. The View Form page for selected message [ORI / FWD / RES] anchored and related contents will be displayed

Audit history will be updated to track that action is completed.
