Steps to complete Distribute action is as under:
1. Click on Form ID to View Form
2. Click on the icon to distribute the form message (ORI / FWD
/ RES)
Audit history will be updated to track that action is completed.

Q: The distribution list is not pre-populated while responding to a form for me as is done for a few others
A: Distribution list will be pre-populated only for the users with “Can Access Audit Information” Workspace privilege.
