Forms Manager Team Members have the ability to collaborate their responses such that only specific recipients of a Response message can view it until released by the Form Controller.
Depending on the form settings, it can be defined if the Responses can be viewed by other recipients of the message till released by the Form Controller.
Responders Collaborate functionality works as per the following scenario depicted below:
This functionality is applied for a specific message only and not across
the upward chain of messages.
Responders Collaborate set to YES
RES001 created by User R5 can be viewed by User R6 though pending to be released by Form Controller.
Responders Collaborate set to NO
RES001 created by User R5 cannot be viewed by User R6 until it is released by the Form Controller.

Q. I want to set the Responders Collaborate functionality as YES on a Non-Controller based form.
A. The Responders Collaborate functionality is available on a Controller based form.
Q. If Responders Collaborate is set to YES, all recipients on the distribution list across all messages will be able to see the Response message though not released.
A. Only recipients to the message on which User has created a Response will be able to view the Response message. This functionality is applicable for a specific message only and not on the chain of messages..
