Asite Workspaces are split into 4 Main Areas:
Homepage
Documents Area
Forms Area
Administration (Admin) Area
A main menu is provided below the header area to allow users to navigate between these areas.
The layout for each of these areas is detailed below:
Details of the logged-in user, project and date / time are shown in the header area. In addition links to logout, set user-preferences, view the basket, and open the help file are stored here.
The headlines area provides your workspace inbox
The documents area allows users to navigate through a workspace Folder Tree structure to locate documents and drawings. A Search Filter is also provided to assist with finding specific workspace information i.e. drawings uploaded on a particular date by a particular company.
The Forms area allows user to Search for Forms using the search filters. The lower left hand pane provides a series of guidance notes.
In the Administration Module all actions are carried out in the lower right hand pane. The lower left hand pane provides a series of guidance notes.
