Administrators can define if the email subject text is to be appended as prefix to the existing subject where the Project, Action and Doc. Ref data is dynamically populated or the Subject is to be overwritten with the text defined in the Workspace settings.
Text boxes will be available for Administrators to setup at Workspace level within Edit Workspace page.
Administrators can also specify Email subject for individual forms in form settings as follows.
