Select Distribute
Now to select recipients and assign actions on the published
documents.Users have options to select the Distribution method used when publishing information into Asite Collaboration. There are 3 options available:
Select Distribute
Now to select recipients and assign actions on the published
documents.
Select Distribute
Later to set a later date by which the document would be distributed.
The publisher will be automatically distributed a For Distribution action on all the documents being published.
Select Do
not Distribute to upload documents without distributing
it to users with actions immediately.
