"Asite Reporting" enables members of a Workspace team based in different locations to Access, Review and Distribute information electronically. Information may be in the form of MS documents such as Word & Excel or AutoCAD or Microstation drawings such as DWG & DGN files. Asite online templates are also used to Notify Request for Information items or similar.
Asite Reporting provides users the ability to extract information regarding online documents relevant to a specific Workspace or organisation. This type of reporting becomes useful for tracking the exchange of information within a Workspace for analysis purposes.
Workspace Team members are provided ability to generate reports in two formats, namely, Acrobat PDF / MS Excel (see Report Formats).
Click on icon and Team members are provided option to enter a customized Report Title, include search options in the report and select format in which report is to be generated.
