Project Workflow provides users with the ability to apply repetitive details to information that they are uploading or distributing, making the circulation of information more speedy.
This functionality is only useful when multiple documents are being uploaded requiring the same attributes or multiple recipients requiring the same action are being selected!
1. Upload documents and click on Enter Document Details to view selected files for upload
2. Insert required attributes along the top row (dark grey background)
3. Click on Apply to All to confirm all documents require these attributes
appropriate fields will automatically complete
4. Insert those attributes which are personal to each document along the row with the appropriate filename and continue Uploading as normal.
'Apply to All' within Distribution works is the same way.
5. Distribute document/s in the usual way
6. Insert repetitive action and action time along the top row (dark grey background)
7. Click on Apply to All to confirm your selection
appropriate fields will automatically complete
